Judy Hall Fomin, President

Judy has served on KCHWC’s Board for 3-years and has been a strong supporter since its inception. Judy currently serves as Board Vice-President, Chairs the Legislative Committee and is a member of the Finance and Building Committees. Judy graduated from John F. Kennedy University with her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She has been an active member of our community serving as Vice-President then President of the SBCA. She worked as a substitute teacher for Hawaii’s DOE and then as Special Assistant to State Representative Michael Magaoay for 10 years. She has worked in the field of Domestic Violence for the past 25 years first as a volunteer with the San Mateo Battered Women’s Center, then as the Shelter Director setting criteria for employees, volunteers and residents of the Shelter and also volunteering at the SM Women’s Jail. This led to Judy being hired by the Sheriff’s Office as a Counselor in the SM Women and Men’s Jail with the Choices program run by The Delancey Street Program.

Angelique Kealani Siga Solomon, Vice President

Angelique has been on the Board for 3-years and is the Chair of the Personnel and Education Committees. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Hawaii at Hilo and a Masters degree in Educational Counseling and Guidance from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Currently, she is the Coordinator of the Health Careers Opportunity Program at the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

David Breese, DDS

Dr. Breese has been a dentist at Kokua Kalihi Valley Community Health Center for 34- years serving as the Dental Director for 27-years. He graduated from Loyola University Dental School in 1975. He then served in the United States Navy for 3-years. He was on the Hawaii State Board of Dental Examiners from 2002 to 2010 and has served on KCHWC’s Board of Directors for the past 3-years.

Joe Wilson

Joe has been a member of the Board since August 2012. He has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy and is currently a therapist at Hale o Ho’oulu a me Mauli’ola. He is a small business owner. He is passionate about youth sports, which he is the head football official for assigning games with Hawaii State Jr. Prep Sports Association and has been officiating for over 10 years with OIA/ILH. He is also a Surf Instructor for BYU-Hawaii and teaches others who are in need of learning the art of surfing. He is extremely happy to be user of KCHWC and loves to serve his communities.
