Jarrah Sivertsen

Jarrah Sivertsen is a Pharmacy Technician at Ko'olauloa Health Center, where she processes and fills prescriptions with the accuracy and care that patients depend on every day. But what makes Jarrah's presence at the pharmacy counter genuinely distinctive is something no credential can confer: she was born and raised in this community, and many of the patients she serves are people she has known her whole life.

That familiarity is, as she puts it, a plus — and it clearly is. Knowing a patient's face, their history, and their needs before they even reach the counter is a quiet form of care that goes beyond the technical.
