Stacy Y. S. Tolentino, PharmD, CDCES

Dr. Stacy Tolentino is a Doctor of Pharmacy and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who serves as Director of Pharmacy at Ko'olauloa Health Center. Her work focuses on ensuring that KHC's pharmacy team is well equipped and well supported — so that every patient who walks through the door receives accurate, compassionate, and compliant pharmaceutical care. She also oversees KHC's 340B program, a critical federal initiative that allows the health center to stretch its resources further and pass meaningful medication savings directly to the patients who need them most.

What Stacy loves about the Ko'olauloa community is something simple and profound: everyone seems to know everyone — and more than that, they genuinely care. It is the kind of place that reminds you why community health work matters.

Outside of work, Stacy fills her time with the things that ground her — family, beach days, adventures in travel, and cooking.
