Did you know that the month of October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month? This is an annual campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer, encourage early detection, promote mammograms as a very important tool in the fight, and raise funds for breast cancer research and support services. It is a time for all Americans to take time to acknowledge the individuals whose lives have been affected by breast cancer.
