We wanted to take this time to say CONGRATULATIONS to Kahuku Health Learning Center’s accomplishments! Here is a quick run-down:

Problem-Based Assessment District Competition

- Kahuku got 1st place! 

- Our very own Dr. Lum helped with judging the Kahuku High School competition.

3 Kahuku High School interns at KHC

- The interns have been learning about the day-to-day activities at our health center. 

- They have been exposed to various clinical learning opportunities.

KHC Staff have participated in HOSA – Future Health Professionals class activities

- Presentations about various medical professions

- Helping with manual blood pressure evaluations

- 34 students competed at the HOSA State Leadership Conference

- 6 students qualified for HOSA International Leadership Conference & will be going to Dallas, Texas June 19th - 25th.
